This first plant tower for professional use in the region of North Africa and the Middle East has just welcomed its first tenant. This is the Manpower Group, which has just set up its two-story headquarters on a total area of 800 m2.

By positioning it in a benchmark property in the heart of Casa Anfa, which perfectly fits the image of a world-class company, the Manpower Group is consolidating the positioning of the Jasmin Tower as a new business address for exceptions within an emblematic project.

Other companies have also put their trust in Yasmine Immobilier by choosing Tour Jasmin as their headquarters, especially multinational companies operating in Africa.

Close to a free zone where more than 100 companies have obtained CFC approval, Yasmine Immobilier brings a unique high-end proposition to the market in a green environment, adapted to the needs of large Moroccan and multinational companies that want to position themselves with strength the new Casablanca Business Center.

Inspired by the real needs of the market, the Jasmin Tower offers an urban centrality and daring architecture that offers a great opportunity for future investors looking for a good location for their headquarters. These are mainly companies that are not entitled to CFC status and may be located near this financial center and at the same time benefit from a unique range of offices and services.

Well studied prices

The Jasmin Tower requires an investment of 100 million DH and extends over 8 floors. Each level houses two office floors with an interior area of 200 m² each. Your strengths: Optimization of space, daylight, comfort and performance.

“The Jasmin Tower enriches the professional real estate offer in the city of Casablanca by almost 3000 m² for office use. The commercialization rate for this project is currently at 70%. This offers companies all the advantages that are sought for better productivity and a better well-being of their employees . “says Omar Berrada, deputy managing director of Yasmine Immobilier.

Well-being, accessibility … the “must”

So that the residents of these work areas can benefit more from more amenities, equipment and well-being, this project offers peripheral terraces on all levels, balconies with a view of the square, completely light-open offices, three elevators, underground parking, a reception hall with access control, fiber optic connection, computer room, acoustic and thermal comfort (double glazing, efficient insulation of technical ducts) …

To ensure the safety of users and visitors, a hygiene system has been put in place to adapt to the current situation related to the health crisis (temperature measurement, disinfection of hands and shoes, etc.).

Surrounded by high-quality residential projects, the office tower of the “Les Tours Végétales” project can also be easily reached by tram or car. Users can also benefit from the equipment and services provided in neighboring projects: local shops (services, catering, equipment, etc.), two international schools, a 50 hectare park, etc.

More green and beauty

On top of its eight floors, the Jasmin Tower is covered with a railing, the motif of which is inspired by Jasmine. A flower that evokes beauty and feminine sensuality. Like the Fabergé egg, the Jasmin Tower has an organic shape and a finely crafted tip. This tip was a technical challenge and required 2 years of research and development. It was carried out entirely in Morocco by teams that combine craftsmanship and advanced technology with the use of a 5-axis welding robot.

For vertical irrigation, a central sprinkler system in the basement, which is assigned to a storage tank, enables the water supply of the primary central sprinkler network for the entire tower. There are also secondary networks that group 2 to 3 balconies and allow the flow of distribution networks to be balanced according to the requirements and the number of pots per floor. Depending on the dimensions of the pots, drippers are attached. The flow rates are variable depending on the size of the pots, so that the contributions can be adapted to the needs of each plant depending on the season.

An innovative concept

The “Les Tours Végétales” project was designed by two internationally renowned artists, namely Edouard François (design architect) and Pierre-Yves Rochon (interior designer). It was selected among the 10 best architectural projects in the world at the MIPIM Awards 2019 and was selected among the top ten in the “Best Futura Project” category. It is the only Moroccan project selected by this internationally renowned real estate competition for its integration into the urban environment and its impact on the community from 227 applications from 55 countries worldwide.

The Vegetable Towers are an innovative project in terms of architecture and concept and also a premiere in Africa and the Middle East. The greening of the towers and the vertical sprinkler system were developed in collaboration with specialized design offices.
